The defining feature and flaw of aftermarket miter bars are one in the same - set screws. Frustrated with the difficulty of fitting miter bars with set screws, Founder and inventor, Henry Wang, set out to change it. He conceived a method of adjustment based on opposing wedges, that adjusted the entire bar evenly in a single motion. With its ONE-TOUCH CALIBRATION® and top-down installation, the age-old struggles of sled making had finally been solved.
How it works.
Calibrate your miter bar with a single touch.
ZEROPLAY Miter Bars’ ONE-TOUCH-CALIBRATION® adjusts using a system of opposing ramps. The two halves expand and contract to fill the entire slot.
- Fits any standard 3/4” x 3/8” T-Track Miter Slots.
- Top-down installation lets you keep your sled square to the fence while you secure the ZEROPLAY Miter Bar for a hassle-free setup and precision cuts.
- Material will not warp or swell with changing humidity and temperature like wood runners.
